Starting from July, I've became half Singaporean.
Half Malaysian, half Singaporean.
Which part of me belongs to Malaysia, and which part of me belongs to Singapore? Left or right? LOL
(I paid SGD 200 to get the PR status. NOT free meh?)

I straight away went to activate my membership in Singapore National Library using a machine placed in the library.
The machine is really a money faced machine. For the 1st time user, I should remind them to be careful when you're just trying to use it.
Actually, I just want to try to use the machine, I didn't even bring along my wallet to pay any fee(only SGD 15 for my dinner). I tot I was very smart, know do some testing before I apply for the membership, mana tau the machine is smarter than me. Normally, if we didn't pay any charges shown in the machine, it won't give you anything. This machine is totally different, it process everything while you keying your info. into this machine. After you finish key in your info., you must be thinking that it'll ask you to pay money. If you're thinking like that, you'll become the 2nd "me". The machine straight away give me a membership card, then ask me to pay money. OMG, I only have SGD 15 that time, but the fee is SGD 15.50 and the machine don't accept cash, how to pay!

Now is the time to seek help from the librarian. I quickly waive my hand towards the librarian(the machine is just in front of the counter). The librarian don't want to choi me. Walau eh..
Luckily, an Indian guard saw me. She asked me proceed to the counter for help.
When I reach the counter and tell them the problem I'm facing. The stupid librarian only know how to say "Cash card or NETS?". I repeated two times "CASH". She just kept repeating "Cash card or NETS?". Walau eh.. I don't have "Cash card or NETS!!~!".
Luckily, the guard remind me that I can pay using me EZ LINK card(use to pay bus and MRT fee, jz upgraded to act as a Cash Card). I gave my EZ LINK card to the librarian, she deduct my money and then put the receipt and card on the table in front of me, then walk away. Walk away means done? Walau eh!~! Even a guard can give me a suggestion to solve my problem, she only knows how to say "Cash card or NETS?". What kind of attitude!! Stupid fellow. You should switch your post with the guard.

Anyway, I've done the membership, now I can start borrow books. Yeah!~!

Batam, Indonesia

Went to Batam for vacation with colleagues on 13th & 14th June.
Took 12:10pm ferry from Singapore to Batam.

err... this is only a piture which I took when our ferry departed, not the ferry we took, somemore it's a cruise, not ferry.

It took us 45 minutes to reach Batam...



45 minutes later....



I started wondering why I come to this place. Looks like a factory area more. >_<"

After success to increase the chop for my passport, we board onto a van provided by the chalet, which manage to earn our money. Meanwhile, I was still wondering why I come to jungle for my valuable weekend, I've had enough in UUM.

15 minutes later...











These were the scenery around the chalet we stayed.

We stayed in the chalet for the 1st day, went for jacuzzi and massage. Their massge is quite special, this special did not refer to the skill but the environment. You won't know how's the feeling until you experience it personally. It's really weird because when you're enjoying the massage, you'll see that some ppl fishing in front of you, somemore when you're naked. Shit! (The room face to the sea)

After enjoy, ehem, let other ppl enjoy looking at your naked body. You have another half day time to relax. They dump you at the chalet area and let you enjoy yourself.

On the second day, the tour guide will lead you to shopping centre and some famous place in Batam. I managed to catch some video of two incredible ppl but failed to upload here. Sigh~

If got another chance, I'll go to visit the place again since the seafood is cheap and also the clothing. Wahaha..

Yesterday met with a "friend" for dinner.
I think that's not considered as having dinner together as I didn't take anything(no appetite to eat when I'm facing the "friend")

I think nobody will happily enjoying the food when they're facing with somebody who gave them the feeling of annoying.

1. Do you think that is there a need to speak somebody's ill in front of other ppl?

2. Do you think that is there a need to check your previous company's current situation when you're not working in the company for a year?

super boring life

I've finished my assignments.
Gotta find something to do later.
What can I do? Keep sitting here and staring on the computer is not a good idea.
I hate this kind of working style.

I'm not expert in pretending that I'm busy when I'm really have nothing to do.
Why I come for work since I got not much things to do also? This question keep popping up into my mind recently.
It gives me a sense that I'm no different with those who likes to "goyang kaki" in office, but I'm not!
Really tired to continue with this kind of working style.

I found that many friends of mine like to put the "Celebrities look-alikes" in the friendster. Actually, I've noticed about that long time ago but got not much interest on it. Since now I've got nothing to do (quite boring), so I done a test for my "celebrities look-alikes".



I dunno you'll believe the result or not, but I, myself, quite satisfy with result. It's because all the ppl there are pretty and handsome. Wahaha...

Wedding Dinner

I jz came back from my secondary schoolmate's wedding dinner.
Since year 2007, some of my ex-coursemates and ex-schoolmates kept throwing me with red-bomb. Today is the 4th times I attend my ex-schoolmate's wedding, I think.
In order to attend this wedding, I use half an hour to make up and "ban leng leng".

My family received two red-bomb from my friend
(same person wedding, dunno why can get two la :P)
one for my father and the other one for me,
so today is the first time to attend wedding dinner with my father.

There's nothing special for the wedding,
as usual, the bride and bridegroom singing on the stage,
but the attendees eating their foods down the stage.
All of the ppl in the hall seems like do not have much interested to the pair singing on stage.
All they cared most is the delicious food in front of their eyes.
Weird.
Is this the real meaning of wedding dinner?

After the wedding dinner, we, as the ex-classmates of the bridegroom,
took a few pictures with the bridegroom, and also his wife la. :P

When I was having fun to take picture with my friends,
I heard a very stupid guy said wanna take photo with me.
I do not have the opportunity to reject.
He straight away approaching me and push me to a corner,
holding me with his stupid dirty hand around my waist. :(
Stupid man, he even showing the photo to my friend and told them said I'm his gf.
WTF!!~!

I found that I dunno how to reject or escape from a molester. Sob, sob.

3rd attempt in cook dumpling

It's not an easy work to dumpling, before you let the beautiful dumpling swimming in the soup, a lot of preparations must be done.

1st of all, the ingredients are very important. If you plan to eat the skin of dumpling only, then you can forget about the trouble to prepare ingredients. :P

I've prepared 4 kinds of ingredient for my dumplings, they're; carrots, black fungus, meats and "chang dou" (I can't remember name in English :P)
Chop the above mentioned into small pieces. For your information, I've spend one hour to settle them.

I chopped my thumb when I chop the last ingredients. Not bleeding but lost a piece of my skin. :(

When the ingredients turned into small pieces, pour all of them into the wok and cook awhile. Put in some pepper and salt to make it tasty. Yummy.

Come to the final stage, put some ingredient in the center of the dumpling skin and wrap it carefully, make sure it look as nice as the below picture. Ahaha...
Never have the thinking that it's ready to go into our stomach so don't bother about their image. They'll feel happier to be beautiful instead of ugly.

They're a few technics and different shape of dumpling, this is the only two shapes I can make.



Time to let them swimming in the soup. :) What type of soup is not important. If you like tomyam soup, no problem, cook the tomyam soup and let them swim. :)

昨天下班回家后, 肚子就马上给我开演唱会. 我实在经不起它们的活力, 只好到离宿舍较近的咖啡店寻找我的晚餐. 为了让我的肚子闭嘴, 我买了一大堆美食. 这时站在我身旁的"未来三嫂"看见一个UNCLE在啃鸡肉,突然也很想吃, 所以我们又决定买半只"可爱鸡"回家吃. (那时我手上已经提着两包炒米粉, 一大包五香)
正当我们朝着"可爱鸡"迈进的时候,旁边卖鱼片米粉的一个男生叫住了我, 问我为什么没跟他买.(每天吃鱼片米粉一定很快会便猫吧?)哈拉了一会儿,他就递了张4D给我(过期4D,很显然的,那个号码并没让他发大财),上面写着他的手机号码. 我接过了,但不知道该丢了,还是还给他.

回到家,想当然尔,先让那场吵闹的演唱会闭嘴. 当下最幸福的事,莫过于填包肚子了.吃饱的感觉真是太棒了. :D 收拾桌子时,拿张4D又突然出现在眼前. 该怎么对付这张东西呢? 啊哈!!~! 买4D!!~! HEHE.. 我必须解释, 我并不是好赌, 只是当数字出现在4D字上时, 没有人会认为那是你的考试成绩吧. :P
后来, 我买了一大一小. 在后来的后来, 它并没出现在中奖号码当中. 结果是,害我浪费了十六块钱. !@#$%^&*

还有, 害我不是很敢去买我爱吃的"鱼片汤"了.

There is a guy, he gave me his mobile number (he wrote the number in a 4D paper). I dunno what to do with the number, give it back to him? or throw away?

I prefer to keep 1st and then use the number to buy 4D. :D
(I'm not sure whether it's the right way to do that but I really don't feel like to call him, and this is the 1st time I receive phone number from a guy in a piece of, erm.. expired 4D paper, so it should be no problem if dunno what to do, right?)

I spent $16 to buy the number but seems that I don't have the luck, my money gones. :(

Malacca trip

We took approximately 45 minutes to reach there. The only motive why I suggest to go Malacca is I want to recognise the way so that I can bring my friend to travel there. Muar is a very small city, no other place, I always need to squeeze my brain to think a better place to go. :P

This is the 2nd time I visit Malacca, the last time is about ten years ago. Hehe..

I must mention a sentence here, "What a small world!~!" I met my coursemate at Malacca when I was ready to took this photo.

Ah Kang, Kang Chun Siang

He driving all the way from KL to Malacca and he said that this is his 1st time to Malacca. I'm so lucky to meet him here. :P We din talk much since he got his own friend while I oso have to entertain mine so we go our own way after this picture taken.

I found a not very beautiful trishaw when we plan to go shopping. I took a picture with this "not very beautiful trishaw" jz because the owner is not there. We quickly catch a photo before the owner come back. Hehe...



The weather were super hot, I was a bit dizzy after the trip. Dizzy and tired but worth it. :P Where should I go next time? Emm... gotta do some planning 1st.

Sentosa Trip

My ex-roommate came to visit me in Singapore on 19 April.
Me, a very lousy tour guide, brought her to Sentosa as per her request. :P Four of my housemates tag along, one of them comes from China and since they got nothing to do at home, so I insisted to drag them to go along with me to Sentosa.

Due to insufficient time, we only manage to visit 4 places in Sentosa Island. They're underwater world, dolphin show, 4D magix and also songs of the sea.

Before I introduce the place, this is my ex-roommate, Kay Yie and also her friend, Siu Ying.

Kay Yie tried to act cute but did not success, lol.

Stressed

Why stress can be so scary?

If you experienced the similar incident as below, you also will ask the same question.
This incident happened on 19th March 2008.
My colleague, who was doing accounts, suddenly disappeared for a few hours. I was busying with the documentation for shipment sailing on 'good Friday' so didn't notice about her weird behaviour until her sister came to our office to look for her sister. Her sister looked like very worried, kept asking me and my colleagues where is her sister.
"Something is wrong." I guessed.
I took the toilet's key and quickly go to toilet with her sister. Nothing was found after we shouted for around two minutes.
Her sister said my colleague is been stressed until cannot eat and sleep. My goodness, what's happening with my colleague! I was very regret for not having a good talk with my colleague on the day before. She was very quite that day, I should discover on the same day. How stupid me!!~!
Back to 19th March. My colleague came back office at around five o'clock, sitting at her desk and staring at her unfinished job. I can't really remember what her sister and the other colleague of mine talked with her. I just remember they kept persuade her to go home but she did not answer them at all. The same sentences flying in the sky of the office for more than an hour, the quiet one remained.
I took a glance at the clock in front of me, it was 6:30pm. The same sentences still flying.
"I've reached the limit, I can't sit and listen anymore, I must take some actions." - I mumbling.
My colleague was dragged out to the office, by me, no doubt. She went back with no other choices given.
This is the first time she behaves like that, her eyes glazed over, expressionless.
For the one who is reading this post, can you tell me what we can do for her?
